LEAD 2023 will be held November 1st – 3rd at Camp Skyline in Mentone, Alabama. Application can be downloaded HERE. Application deadline – September 1st.
Program Content: The program will consist of: Leadership, Development/Enhancement activities, FISH! Philosophy for Leaders, and Team Building Exercises. As a part of the program, outdoor adventure programming will be used which will require physical activity and participation. Classroom lecture, participation, and other outdoor activities are also used. All adventure programming is challenge by choice.
Eligibility: Selected attendees must be current ARPA Professional Members in good standing with the Association. Applicants must have been a member of ARPA for at least 6 months. Applicants must have a working email and be able to complete pre-LEAD activities via the internet.
Application/Nomination Process: Any member of ARPA may nominate a candidate for LEAD. Self nominations are acceptable. The LEAD application needs to be filled out completely and must include the signature of the applicant’s supervisor. Nominations will be reviewed by ARPF with 10 participants being selected.
Applications should be sent to rbrothersarpf@gmail.com. Invoice will be sent once candidate is accepted. Cost to attend is $175 and includes lodging and 5 meals.
