TEAM ENTRY & CREDENTIALS:

All teams must send credential packets (roster, birth, certificates, medical release forms) to: BHAM Park and Recreation Dept, 400 Graymont Avenue West, Birmingham, AL 35204 or email:

Jay.Hammond@birminghamal.gov or Eric.Adereti@birminghamal.gov ALL credential packets must arrive by March 3, 2023.

Entry fee of $150 per team should be made out to: Birmingham Park and Recreation

Note that personal checks will not be Company checks, money orders, and cashiers’ checks are the only acceptable payments.

COACHES MEETING/PACKET PICK-UP

Coaches meeting and packet pickup will be East Pinson Valley Recreation Center (3000 Jefferson State Pkwy, Birmingham, AL 35215} on Friday March 10^th at 3pm. All credential packets and entry fees that has not been turned in will need to be turned in at this time.

TOURNAMENT BRACKETS (REVISED as of 03.09.2023):

Official tournament brackets have been sent to coach by tournament host. Brackets are subject to change. Updated brackets will be provided to coaches by tournament host. Check with coaches throughout tournament play for any bracket changes. The brackets will not be updated on this site.

Revised brackets affect 8U Girls and Boys, 10U Girls and Boys and 14U. ALL games that were going to be played at Pinson Valley High School and Rudd Middle School have been changed to a different location. Please note that official game times, dates, and sites should come from your coach.
